My experience

I specialise in disputes arising out of trusts and estates including challenges to the validity of wills, Inheritance Act claims and disputes between trustees.

I also assist with a wide variety of other personal and business disputes including professional negligence and property disputes.

I regularly take part in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, to achieve cost-effective, commercial resolutions for my clients. I also have broad litigation experience for matters before the courts.
