Jade Anderson

Senior Paralegal - Wills, Trusts & Estates

My experience

I am a senior paralegal in the Wills, Trusts & Estates team. I mainly deal with:

  • administration of estates;
  • Will drafting;
  • preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney; and
  • assisting with the administration of Trusts.

I am currently a member of and studying with CILEx Law School to eventually qualify as a CILEx Lawyer.

How I’ve helped our clients

I'm so pleased I chose Paris Smith for all your expertise. Oliver was so good to me and for me and you have been the same. I have every confidence in Jacky as well as what a great team you all are. Such a refreshing relief for me especially after the other 2 incompetent Solicitors. I must say even the lady on Reception is wonderful and makes me feel important like you all do which means so much to me.

Gary Mayho - Estate Administration Client

I would recommend Jade at Paris Smith as she was very helpful and professional when completing my Will and Power of Attorney

Sue Merry - New Will & Power of Attorney

I have been provided with good timely advice and support delivered in a customer focussed and attuned way.

Robert Allenby-Ryan - Tax & Estates Planning Client

Jade gave good email communication, clear instructions on what I needed to do, was able to answer my questions in a professional yet friendly manner.
