My experience
I am an associate in the Construction Law team within the Commercial Property department. I specialise in:
- building contracts;
- consultants’ appointments;
- collateral warranties;
- novations, assignments and variations;
- security arrangements including bonds and guarantees; and
- audits of construction documents.
I have experience in advising corporate entities, charities and individuals on a range of non-contentious construction matters, including the drafting and negotiating of
appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees and assisting with the review, drafting and negotiation of building contracts.
I also work with other members of the commercial property department and provide support and advice on any aspects of their transactions that involve construction elements, such as the purchase or letting of recently built properties.
